Should your property have any maintenance issues during the term of the tenancy, we have professionals on hand to deal swiftly with repairs. You will be notified through out the process of any costs and lead times.

Or choose one of the following options to suit.

Option 1 - We do it all

We deal with the contractor directly on all aspects, inform you that an issue has been raised and pay them directly from your rental income (subject to limits imposed in your Agreement).

Option 2 - Use our recommend team of contractors and supplier and you pay direct

Use our specialist preferred partners and you deal with them directly. Ask questions and organise for work to be done. Once completed, you pay them, enabling you to have full control of the works and budget.

Option 3 - Use your own contractors and suppliers

Use your own specialist partners, we can organise access with them and your tenants. You pay your contractors directly.
