Office Manager

Tammy is the glue of the business; she has managed the office efficiently and effectively for over 7 years. Tammy is the go-to person in Executive Lets for all your needs. If she can’t resolve or fix any issues or enquiries you may have, she can certainly point you in the right direction with her wealth of industry knowledge. Tenants can be reassured a smooth transition process from the start to the end of the tenancy with Tammy’s expert and professional guidance. Landlords you can feel secure knowing your rents will be received and paid on time. Tammy will convey a clear communication flow between the Tenants and Landlord to help maintain good relationships. Tammy’s care, compassion, empathy, and attention to detail comes from many years spend in the health care industry. Tammy’s caring nature continues outside the office, with her love of all animals and the environment. Mum to Gordon, her dog and best friend, Tammy spends her free time exploring countryside’s, camping, climbing mountains and wild swimming.

Steve McCready

Steve has a wealth of expertise in Business and Property Investment, buying and selling properties and companies for over 30 years. Steves diverse career started in retail and sales, hard work, determination, and further education leading to a degree in purchasing and supply chain management enabled Steve to move up the corporate ladder. From warehouse shop floor worker as a young lad to successful business owner, with clients such as Tesco, Asda, and Harrods. Steve sold his business in 2004 and started building his own property portfolio which included construction and securing land. Steve has built up a client base of buyers and sellers, who achieve excellent ROI’s and Yields on their investments. Steves relationship with his client is one of trust, discretion, and discernment, his relationships also extend to banks, mortgage advisors and financial institutions ensuing his clients get the best deals and advice. Steves clients become part of the Executive Lets family, and you can often find them socialising together out of hours, playing golf, down the pub and going to the football to watch Steves favourite team Leeds Utd.
