We also offer Xtra services that include property inventories, EPC, Gas Saftey inspections and EICRs.
After that, we'll collect the rent every month, handle any maintenance issues, and inspect your property during the tenancy. Ideal for: Landlords who want to enjoy their free time, without property worries. From 10% inc VAT, subject to finders fee.
